Fiona MacAulay

Director since 2026

Fiona has over 35 years of global experience in the oil, gas and resources sector across small, mid and large cap companies. She has held senior executive board roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Echo Energy PLC and Chief Operating Officer of Rockhopper Exploration PLC.

In December 2018, Fiona transitioned from executive roles to a portfolio of non-executive and advisory positions within the resources and industrials sector. She currently serves as Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee Chair of Ferrexpo PLC, Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair of Costain PLC, and Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair of Rosebank Industries. She is also a board member of EPI Group Ltd and Ligue Group Ltd.

Fiona has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, including government relations across multiple jurisdictions, and strong exposure to UK and US capital markets.

She has held industry leadership roles, including serving on the Petroleum Group Committee of the Geological Society and as President of the AAPG Europe region.
